Business Development Executive / Manager

Location : Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune

Experience : 2-3 Years

Description :

               Do you have a passion for building business relationships, understanding customer’s needs and recommending solutions based on it? We are seeking proactive results-driven strategic Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive to expand our client base, promote our engineering services and products, and lead product marketing and sales initiatives. 

Responsibilities

Technical Sales Specialist

Location : Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune

Experience : 2-3 Years

Description :

                   Are you passionate about product demonstrations, technical support, and bridging the gap between complex technical products and customer needs? Do you thrive in roles that blend sales operations with customer success?
We’re looking for dynamic individuals who:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of PTC products, including Creo (Parametric CAD), Windchill (Product Lifecycle Management), Thing Worx (Industrial Internet of Things), and other relevant offerings.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients based on their unique requirements.
  • Assist clients with the implementation and integration of PTC products into their existing systems.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Offer timely and effective technical support to address any issues or challenges faced by client’s post-implementation.
  • Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

We’re looking for a Strategic HR Associate to join our team at CADOpt Technologies, who will be responsible for

Talent Acquisition – Sales Focus

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry, mid, and senior-level sales roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through structured sourcing and onboarding.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely, quality closures.

HR Operations

  • Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate with external platforms/agencies for targeted hiring campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and timely reporting.

Business Operations Enablement

  • Support creation of sales reports and dashboards (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Coordinate internal communication, follow-ups, and documentation for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with structured reporting and task tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of English & Hindi; communication in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales hiring across levels.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exposure to Power BI is a plus.
